Website and services terms
These terms describe the basis on which Pickle 25 Ltd provides website access, educational content, implementation support and automation-related services.
1. What Pickle 25 provides
Pickle 25 Ltd provides workflow automation, implementation support, templates, dashboards, process design and related business support services. These services are intended to help clients improve their own internal receivables and follow-up processes.
2. What Pickle 25 does not provide
Pickle 25 Ltd does not provide legal advice, regulated debt collection services, financial services, consumer credit activity, or client money handling. Clients remain responsible for their own communications, commercial decisions and customer relationships unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing within a lawful and appropriate scope.
3. Educational materials and seminar content
Any seminar, guide, presentation, website content or educational material is for general business information only. It is not legal advice, financial advice or regulatory advice for any particular circumstance.
4. Fees and paid time
Free content may include a seminar and a short fit call. Tailored advisory time, bespoke scoping work, implementation and other services are chargeable in accordance with the agreed package, statement of work, proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, paid advisory time is charged at commercially agreed rates and implementation work begins only once scope and price are confirmed.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing any materials prepared for its use, deciding whether communications should be sent, and ensuring that its own operational and regulatory obligations are met. The client remains responsible for any communications sent in its own name.
6. Data, systems and third-party tools
Where possible, Pickle 25 works within client-owned systems or agreed third-party tools. The client is responsible for its own licences, credentials, data quality and internal approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, Pickle 25 retains ownership of its underlying know-how, methods, standard templates and pre-existing materials. Clients may use deliverables internally for their own business purposes once fees have been paid.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickle 25 Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Any direct liability arising from paid services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
