Fees are as listed or as per Statement of Work; third‑party tool costs are pre‑approved by Client. Data is processed primarily in client‑owned systems. IP: you may use deliverables internally; templates/know‑how remain ours. Liability cap: fees paid in the last 3 months; no indirect losses.

Governing law & jurisdiction: England & Wales (adjust to Northern Ireland if preferred).
