We use personal data to respond to enquiries, manage seminar registrations, assess service fit, deliver agreed services, administer client relationships and maintain basic business records.

Our lawful bases may include taking steps at the request of a prospective client before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.
4. Client systems and third-party tools
Where possible, implementation work is carried out within client-owned systems or agreed third-party tools. We aim to minimise the volume of personal data handled directly by Pickle 25.
5. Retention
We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including enquiry handling, service delivery, record-keeping and legal or accounting requirements.
6. Sharing
